First encounter[]
Fighting to avoid death by The Devil's Curse of the Eternal Night, these Human soldiers are equipped with a fully body of armour to withstand multiple attacks. First encountered in their home city, Skeletown, defending the ramparts from further siege. These enemies can be a nuisance to Jack if there are a multitude of them, as they typically spin with their long swords, dealing plenty of damage if Jack is not careful.
Snipers[]
They also can wield Sniper Rifles and can attack Jack at long range, they take some time to aim and fire. The Wizard gave some of these soldiers magic shields that prevent the Crow from attacking at a distance. Jack must get at close range with them to break the shield and take them down.
Siege Weapons[]
These Soldiers can also be found manning different siege vehicles and weapons, like a Ballista, a massive crossbow that can shoot bolts that deal devastating damage at a very long range. They can shoot anything in front of them but cannot break iron crates or elevated towers, giving Jack a chance to take cover to avoid the deadly Ballista Bolts. These weapons cannot be toppled by Jack's arsenal of weapons, they can only be destroyed by explosives, requiring Jack to slowly wheel a cart filled with them over to the vehicle.
