- The third level of Pumpkin Jack.
Story[]
After discovering that the Wizard has taken the Amulet of Final Ember, Jack angrily follows his guide, The Owl, into the wilderness, tracking his magical scent into an ominous swamp. Long since destroyed by something unknown, Jack and his companions walk through the ruins, trying to find any trace of the Wizard. They come across literal ghost towns, where the wood is spectral but still somehow solid for the trio to walk on.
They meet a Merchant who offers to help them get through the Swamp using a flying horse standing next to him in exchange for a little help finding a specific type of mushroom for his wife, the Witch. Jack accepts, not without getting very annoyed for even needing to do it so he could use the Horse, and quickly grabs the mushroom in the back of a mushroom forest. The Merchant kindly conjures a portal for Jack to return to him without walking all the way back. Allowing him to use the Horse to ride towards the Witch in hopes of getting any information about the Wizard out of her.
Meeting up with the Merchant again and he apparently needs another mushroom. Jack is NOT happy about this, threatening that he will kill him if he does this again, he fearfully promises that this is the last time he needs Jack to fetch anything for him, offering his horse again to carry him a majority of the way. Jack angrily grabs the second mushroom for him and takes the horse as far as it will take him and continuing on foot.
